Lori Maze2024-09-06Everyone was so welcoming and caring of our cat Finnegan. It is very obvious that everyone loves animals at Bliss and works hard to make them comfortable and as much at ease as animals can be at the vet. Also, Kiana and Dr. Nai were very good about taking the time to examine Finnegan, explain everything to us, and give us options without forcing anything on us. Hopefully Finnegan will stay healthy and won’t need to have any additional medical treatment, but if he does, we are definitely coming back to Bliss animal Hospital to see Kiana and Dr. Nai!
John Jacovides2024-09-02Can I give more than 5 Stars?!?!?!!! We have a number of cats who need services and I found Bliss on Instagram. I emailed a number of clinics to get pricing and found that Bliss was the most responsive and had the best pricing. I brought our long-haired tuxedo into Bliss, who needed a teeth cleaning, shots, nail trim and a very big shave due to mats she would not let us touch. I came in for our appointment, was taken to an exam room, where Dr Nai came in and examined Mittens, said she was good to go for the anesthesia, and spent the next few minutes going through everything else that would be done. It was a pleasure to get that time with the actual Dr. When I picked up Mittens, Dr. Nai came out and explained everything that was done, what to look out for for the next or two. I truly appreciated the hands on by the Drs. directly as I also observed Dr Sam talking with other clients first hand (many places you deal only with the assistants). Take your pets here, you will not be disappointed!! More cats coming your way, Bliss!! Thanks again!!

Dr Sam Amirshahi and his staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They treated my dog as if she were their own. Dr Sam quickly diagnosed my dog’s illness and formulated a treatment plan. The staff ensures that you understand the recommended services and costs before proceeding. I highly recommend Bliss Animal Hospital.

From the first phone call, and experience at the front desk arriving , to Dr Pataro and Mandy, and Kiana who gave our cat a shot, all were so friendly and welcoming. I have a medically fragile dog who needs a little extra TLC and we received a huge amount of care, compassion and professionalism from Bliss Animal Hospital! I ask a million questions and Dr. Sam was so kind and answered even my dumb "crazy dog Mom" questions. I feel very lucky to have found such an amazing veterinary practice to help me keep my dog as healthy as possible.

I recently moved to Hawaii and learned they are very strict with relocating animals to the island (animals may be quarantined for up to 120 days) BUT you can have take steps to have your animals Directly Released at the airport. This is where Dr. Sam stepped in. He was very knowledgeable with travel regulations and helped me every step of the way. From vaccinations to blood work and making sure all of my forms were in order, he helped make our travel experience seamless and pretty quick! Everything went perfect and now Gidget is enjoying her new Hawaiian life!! Thank you SO MUCH Dr. Sam and your amazing staff!!! We truly appreciate it!! Mahalo

We were really impressed that Dr Sam was so kind and explained everything to us so well in detail. The office is brand new and looks so nice and clean, and the staff is so very friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient too. We just can't be happier to find a great vet close to home.
Antoine B.2024-08-09I cannot give Bliss enough praise for the level of care, compassion, and professionalism they deliver! I took my newly adopted Aussie, Lacey, to get checked out for an eye irritation and to remove her sutures from her spay. Every single person that I spoke to was so kind and eager to help us. Kiana was great with assessing the current state with Lacey and providing education on their process and what next steps would look like. Dr. Nai came in and sat down with us and the two of them were able to calm down Lacey and really get her comfortable enough to provide treatment. By the end of it, Lacey was doing tricks for treats for them!! Even after completing the necessary treatment for the eye and sutures, Kiana went over a wellness checklist with me to ensure I knew everything that I needed to provide the best level of care for Lacey. We went over dental health, potential diseases in the breed and suggestions for preventative measures to make sure she stays healthy. We ended up going with a couple of vaccines to protect Lacey as we are outside a lot and they did it on her without any struggle whatsoever! Everyone here cares so much about providing the best care possible for the animals that come through their door and are also there to provide education and compassion while doing it. This is my go to vet!!!

I called this morning shortly after they had opened to see if Gilbert could be seen sooner than later. They were so friendly on the phone and welcoming and got Gilbert in on the same day. The office is clean, bright and cheery! Mandy the vet assistant was so friendly and kind. Dr Nay took her time and put my mind at ease that Gilbert was in great hands. This place is a gem! No pushy sales tactics! Very reasonable prices and QUALITY CARE! A+

Juliana H.2024-06-24For those traveling internationally with their pets, I highly recommend Dr. Nai, at Bliss Animal Hospital. We recently returned from vacation in Europe with our dog and I wanted to express how grateful I am for Dr. Nai's help. She is USDA certified and very experienced and knowledgeable about the process. The paperwork is very lengthy and complicated since it varies from country to country. it's a very stressful task and you only have 10 days to complete it prior to the trip. Dr. Nai went above and beyond her job, tracking the status of the paperwork, returning my emails on the weekend and calling the USDA to make sure I'd receive everything on time for my trip. I'm so thankful for her dedication, professionalism and friendly service! Please save her info if you are thinking of traveling with your pet in the future.

Watch for signs such as persistent bad breath, swollen or bleeding gums, loose or broken teeth, changes in eating habits, drooling, or reluctance to play with toys. These may indicate dental problems that require attention.
