For her spay they took such great care of her and staff even carried her around when she was whining (because as we say she's just a baby). Two years ago I adopted our dog from a local shelter -- she has a lot of fear and takes time to trust new people. Our previous visits to other vet clinics had been... well, kind of traumatizing for her. My local pet supply store recommended Bliss Animal Hospital so I dropped in to explain our situation. Over the past few months we have had two appointments (one included bloodwork) and we've also dropped by the lobby for "social visits" a few times. Dr. Nay (I think this is the nickname staff call her), the front desk staff and vet techs have ALL been incredibly patient with our dog, slowly building trust with her. I feel like they truly care about the wellbeing of animals in their care, understanding them as "individuals" not just "appointments".
