We've been to multiple vets for our dog, but none compare to this one. We've been coming here for the past year, and the entire staff has been nothing short of incredible. You can genuinely feel how much they care for every single pet and family who walks through their doors. We recently lost our beloved dog, Big Mac, and the compassion they showed during that time meant everything to us. They did absolutely everything they could to save her and treated her like their own. Even in the hardest moments, they were gentle, supportive, and so caring. Yesterday we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our senior dog. Our regular vet office (rhymes w/Manfield) was terribly unhelpful...and I made a series of emotional phone calls to find a facility on short notice. The other places offered poor customer service & made the situation worse than it already was. Bliss Animal Hospital was the silver lining on a dark day! On the phone, they were patient & courteous - & quickly offered me an appt that worked with our schedule. Upon arrival, we were welcomed into a calm, peaceful setting, & treated with kindness & sympathy. The entire staff was invested in making sure we (& our dog) were comfortable & cared for. They did not rush us or pressure us at all. And it was equally comforting that the cost of the process was far more affordable than any other place. They made the best of a hard day, and we truly appreciate them! Doctor was great didn't give doomsday potential treated what the issue most likely was. Sent us home with antibiotics and gave my Stella girl Benadryl shot. She is A-ok with no problem. Facility was so clean I thought it was brand new, but they've been here 2 years. Cost was right in middle of high and low, very fair for everything! Everyone, from the girl at the front desk, to the vet techs were all wonderful. Cannot say enough about Dr. Sam, he was calm, thorough and very gentle with my drama queen kitty. He was very practical with his diagnosis and had a lot of common sense ideas. As a long time pet owner, especially cats, it's hard finding a vet who truly can handle cats well. This vet does. I am so happy and relieved that I have a vet who I feel confidant that my two cats will be very well taken care of. And their fees were very reasonable. A huge thank you to their entire team! ​
