Driving from Pasadena to Lake Forest should be an indicator of this office. From the staff making my appointment for Bailey (she was limping fairly badly) to our arrival to services rendered were professional, informative, and the language used, I could understand.  Keana (vet assistant) was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Her demeanor and empathy really showed during our visit. Dr. Sam, is a thorough and professional veterinarian. He examined Bailey and was very informative in our options to treat Bailey.  When it comes to my pup baby, having confidence in the office I take her to is of utmost importance. I’ve trusted Dr. Nai with my three cats for years, and I couldn’t be happier that she’s started her own vet clinic. She’s always been so caring and thoughtful—whether it’s a regular check-up, a spay surgery, or dental care, she makes sure my cats are in the best hands. What I love most is how she really listens to my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. The whole team is so kind, and their prices are really fair, which makes great care easy to access. Yo fui a esa veterinaria por recomendación de otra persona y a demás me atendieron a mis gatitos sin previa cita que eso fue lo mejor las asistentes los médicos son unas personas muy agradables y muy amables son muy pacientes con tus mascotas y a demás tienen asistentes que hablan español y la doctora que atendía mis gatitos también habla español que eso fue muy importante para nosotros yo les súper recomiendo esta veterinaria por que puedes llevar a tu mascota el mismo día sin una cita por si tienes a tu mascota con dolor o algo que les afecte vayan con ellos que rápido serán atendidos recomendados yo les doy un 10/10 👍

Everyone was so welcoming and caring of our cat Finnegan. It is very obvious that everyone loves animals at Bliss and works hard to make them comfortable and as much  at ease as animals can be at the vet. Also, Kiana and Dr. Nai were very good about taking the time to examine Finnegan, explain everything to us, and give us options without forcing anything on us. Hopefully Finnegan will stay healthy and won’t need to have any additional medical treatment, but if he does, we are definitely coming back to Bliss animal Hospital to see Kiana and Dr. Nai!

Can I give more than 5 Stars?!?!?!!! We have a number of cats who need services and I found Bliss on Instagram. I emailed a number of clinics to get pricing and found that Bliss was the most responsive and had the best pricing.  I brought our long-haired tuxedo into Bliss, who needed a teeth cleaning, shots, nail trim and a very big shave due to mats she would not let us touch. I came in for our appointment, was taken to an exam room, where Dr Nai came in and examined Mittens, said she was good to go for the anesthesia, and spent the next few minutes going through everything else that would be done. It was a pleasure to get that time with the actual Dr. When I picked up Mittens, Dr. Nai came out and explained everything that was done, what to look out for for the next or two. I truly appreciated the hands on by the Drs. directly as I also observed Dr Sam talking with other clients first hand (many places you deal only with the assistants). Making an appointment was very easy and convenient. Bliss animal Hospital is conveniently located with ample parking. Dr Sam Amirshahi and his staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They treated my dog as if she were their own. Dr Sam quickly diagnosed my dog’s illness and formulated a treatment plan. A special thanks to Dr Nai, Mandy and the kind receptionist who helped us make a same day appointment for our sick dog. They were just brilliantly kind and helpful and took their time with our anxious dog (and made us feel better too)! New to the area and have been looking for a vet like this for a while...have tried two others but Bliss is just a cut above the rest! Will definitely be returning again. Needed a same day urgent appointment for our sick dog...our vet and another vet was fully booked and we were referred to Bliss. From the first phone call ( she booked us an appointment immediately), it was just the perfect experience. Dr Nai and Mandy were patient and kind and caring with our dog and we felt reassured immediately. Tests were very reasonably priced and with immediate results. WOW! WOW! WOW!  We had an appointment with Dr. Sam and he was fantastic! I have a medically fragile dog who needs a little extra TLC and we received a huge amount of care, compassion and professionalism from Bliss Animal Hospital! I ask a million questions and Dr. Sam was so kind and answered even my dumb "crazy dog Mom" questions. I am so grateful to have found this place. The staff are so amazing and friendly and Dr. Sam is incredible. I adopted a senior dog a year ago and went to this place for end of life care for my little guy. I went to them for a quality of life checkup today and was so emotional. Bliss Animal Hospital is absolutely AMAZING!!!! 

I recently moved to Hawaii and learned they are very strict with relocating animals to the island (animals may be quarantined for up to 120 days) BUT you can have take steps to have your animals Directly Released at the airport. This is where Dr. Sam stepped in. He was very knowledgeable with travel regulations and helped me every step of the way. From vaccinations to blood work and making sure all of my forms were in order, he helped make our travel experience seamless and pretty quick! Everything went perfect and now Gidget is enjoying her new Hawaiian life!! 

Thank you SO MUCH Dr. Sam and your amazing staff!!! We truly appreciate it!!

We went for a same day appointment at Bliss Animal Hospital with Dr. Sam and we understood why my friend referred us to Dr Sam.  We were really impressed that Dr Sam was so kind and explained everything to us so well in detail.  The office is brand new and looks so nice and clean, and the staff is so very friendly and helpful.   The location is so convenient too. I cannot give Bliss enough praise for the level of care, compassion, and professionalism they deliver! I took my newly adopted Aussie, Lacey, to get checked out for an eye irritation and to remove her sutures from her spay. Every single person that I spoke to was so kind and eager to help us. 

Kiana was great with assessing the current state with Lacey and providing education on their process and what next steps would look like. Dr. Nai came in and sat down with us and the two of them were able to calm down Lacey and really get her comfortable enough to provide treatment. By the end of it, Lacey was doing tricks for treats for them!!

Even after completing the necessary treatment for the eye and sutures, Kiana went over a wellness checklist with me to ensure I knew everything that I needed to provide the best level of care for Lacey. We went over dental health, potential diseases in the breed and suggestions for preventative measures to make sure she stays healthy. We ended up going with a couple of vaccines to protect Lacey as we are outside a lot and they did it on her without any struggle whatsoever!

Our 11 year old golden retriever,  Gilbert, needed to be seen due to him having heavy  panting . I called this morning shortly after they had opened to see if Gilbert could be seen sooner than later. They were so friendly on the phone and welcoming and got Gilbert in on the same day. The office is clean, bright and cheery! Mandy the vet assistant was so friendly and kind. Dr Nay took her time and put my mind at ease that Gilbert was in great hands. This place is a gem! No pushy sales tactics! Very reasonable prices and QUALITY CARE!  A+
